Week 1 - COMPLETE
I finished the first week of training.  17 to go!  Easy Peasy.
I'm tired and need to go to bed so I'll summarize.  Short and sweet...

This week I trained very hard (or at least it seemed hard in my current stay-puff shape)...
I swam 2000m, ran 13 miles and biked 65.  

Lots of work to do to get me to 70.3.....
